St Patrick’s Day Family Fun at Down Arts Centre

Down Arts Centre will be a hive of activity this St Patrick’s Day with a number of exciting events and activities taking place throughout the day for all the family to get involved in.

A wide range of activities will be kicking off at 10am to 3pm including an art demonstration from Martin Devek, Helen Faulker will give a pottery demonstration which will be followed spinning from Lynda Kelly and Amira McDonagh, and there will be craft workshops for children from 10am to 2pm.

Circus Performers, Mr Whizzy, Dave Archer and Georgie Ramone, will be on hand to entertain all the family with their antics and balloon modelling from 10.30am to 2pm. Captain Morgan Circus Act will be joining in on the fun from 11am with their fantastic show. The final circus performance of the day comes from The Raven Sisters Circus Act taking place at 4pm. 

The will be live music in the Arts Centre provided by Aiden Milligan from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Family favourites Punch and Judy are back with us this St Patrick’s Day, performing three shows throughout the day.

The day will be closed with what is sure to be a brilliant live performance by ‘Duke Special’ beginning at 8pm.
