Council Service Update-Refuse Collections 13.01.2021

The Council commenced a catch up Refuse Collection service on Saturday 9 January for residents who did not receive scheduled collection of their waste on the weeks commencing 28 December and 4 January. 

We would ask residents still awaiting a collection to keep their bins (Black and Blue) out at the kerbside while the catch up collection service continues to operate across the district.

Unfortunately, we have had to suspend missed Brown bins not collected over the weeks commencing 28 December 2020 and 4 January 2021.  

Residents should now leave their Brown bin out for collection on the date highlighted in their Refuse Collection Calendar.  

We would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding.

In the meantime, our Household Recycling Centres can be used for any surplus waste, except Hilltown HRC, which is closed at present.
