Santa Claus is Coming to Crossgar
Join Rowallane District Electoral Area (DEA) Forum and Crossgar War Memorial Hall Committee on Saturday 9 December for their Christmas Fair.
DEA Forum Chairperson, Councillor Terry Andrews said, “I am delighted to welcome such a festive and fun event to Crossgar. There will be something for everyone including craft stalls, arts and crafts, balloon modelling and face painting. Of course, the event would not be complete without a visit from Santa and children can visit his grotto where they will receive a free gift.”
He continued, “This is the perfect opportunity for local families to enjoy some family fun on their doorstep and stock up on bespoke Christmas gifts from local craftsmen and producers. In addition, helpful safety information and advice will be given throughout the day to everyone who is interested.”
“The event has been organised to enhance community engagement and will provide an opportunity for people to come together at this special time and learn more about the Council’s Community Planning process.”
The Crossgar Christmas Fair will take place in Crossgar War Memorial Hall on Saturday 9 December from 2pm to 6pm.
