Requests For Submissions For List of Providers

The Local Government Staff Commission for Northern Ireland (LGSC) intends to establish a list of providers to assist the eleven district councils and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the following areas:

1. Providers for general and/or specific disability awareness training
2. Providers of alternative formats (including Easy Read/Citizens Summary and/or Audio Transcription)
3. Translation and Interpretation Services to include telephone interpreting
4. BSL and ISL translation

Inclusion on the list is no guarantee of any or future work.  Councils and NIHE are not bound to accept any individual or organisation on the list for any particular assignment and may from time to time use alternative providers, dependent on the requirement.

No guarantee of any level of work is given or implied.

Please submit your CV with details of your experience, areas of expertise and inclusive daily rate (inclusive of expenses).  Please indicate which of the areas (1 – 4) above you are applying for.
