Pest Control

Unfortunately the Council does not offer a pest control service however advice and information leaflets are available.

Advice can be given on the following:

• identification of the pest species and an indication of the extent of the problem
• the control treatment best suited to the type of pest, and the area in which it is found
• cleaning practices, and improvements in housekeeping, to minimise the attraction of pests
• proofing measures which may be carried out during and after eradication of the pest.
