Strategy Policy and Resources Committee Minutes

The Strategy Policy and Resources Committee is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Council as well as for setting the future strategic direction of the Council.

It oversees the development and implementation of the Council's key strategic plans; planning and stewardship of the Council's resources and assets; management of policy development frameworks; development of equality action measures plans; corporate performance; development and implementation of organisational change; development and implementation of key corporate projects; corporate communications and policy. It also leads on the development and implementation of strategies, policies and programmes relating to finance and Council systems, human resources, estates and capital projects, legal matters, Council administration and registration.
