Irish Golf Tour Operator Association to Host Annual Conference and Gala Ball in Newcastle
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council are delighted to sponsor the Irish Golf Tour Operator Association (IGTOA) Annual Conference and Gala Ball 2023, which is set to take place on Sunday 8 and Monday 9 October 2023 in the iconic Slieve Donard Hotel and Royal County Down Golf Club in Newcastle.
The IGTOA represents many of the award-winning golf tour operators who help to create golfing experiences throughout Ireland and the Annual Conference and Gala Ball has evolved into one of their premier events which brings together key operators within the Irish tourism industry.
This year's conference aims to inspire, educate, and foster collaboration among stakeholders dedicated to elevating Ireland's status as a premier destination for golf enthusiasts while fostering sustainable tourism practices. Over the two-day event delegates will have the opportunity to attend talks and discussions to understand how the fusion of golf and tourism can drive sustainable growth, elevate customer experiences and contribute to the local economy.
The event’s Gala Ball is an unforgettable celebration of Irish Tourism where guests can meet and connect with other tour operators, agents and key stakeholders from all over Ireland to discuss potential collaborations, share industry insights and celebrate successes.
