Giro d'Italia Gran Fondo cycle race

The Giro d'Italia Gran Fondo cycle race will take place on Sunday 21 June. From 8.30 am to 12.15 pm the road from Hilltown to Rostrevor and Rostrevor to Spelga Dam will be closed to all vehicles. This will include the Kilbroney and Newtown Roads which will remain closed during this period.
From Mourne Wood on the Kilbroney Road through to Pinewood on the Newtown Road, vehicles will be able to leave but not return during these times. All roads remain open to pedestrians and no other roads in Rostrevor will be affected. The Race Organisers apologise for any inconvenience.
