Fees and Charges

The fee for the inspections is payable in one lump sum, and we will send you an invoice for this once we have completed your first inspection.  

 

For your convenience fees can be paid by cash, cheque, postal order, and debit or credit card.  

 

Fees are set by the Department of Finance for Northern Ireland.  Most domestic work is covered by set fees as detailed in the fee calculator however there is some work which will be based on the estimated cost of work.
