Expression of Interest - Development of Land at Dunleath Park, Downpatrick

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council’s engagement with local communities involves examining what part they can play in the day to day provision of services locally. The Council is currently reviewing the provision of activities at Dunleath Park.

The Council now wishes to determine what partnerships might be possible with other local groups and current users to progress the development of these facilities and wish to invite interested individuals or groups who feel they have the potential to help the Council in this matter.

The Council is interested in innovative suggestions and proposals that are likely to retain the support of the whole community and which have outcomes that are socially based.
