Euro 2016 on the Big Screen in Newry!

To celebrate the success of the Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Football teams qualifying for the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament in France, Newry City Centre Management in partnership with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council are hosting two family fun days for the following matches being shown on the Big Screen at the Events Space in Hill Street, Newry:

Saturday 18 June
Belgium V Republic of Ireland
2pm – 4pm

Tuesday 21 June
Northern Ireland V Germany
5pm – 7pm

Entertainment includes inflatable penalty shootout, face painting, balloon modelling and much more.

Both events are free family fun days and everyone is welcome.

Please be advised that the area is an Alcohol Free Zone.

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council Chairperso, Councillor Gillian Fitzpatrick said, "I am delighted that fans who were unable to go to France to watch their teams play will have the opportunity to see them on the Big Screen at the Events Space in Hill Street. This will be an opportunity to come out and enjoy a family fun afternoon and cheer on both teams."
